Ingredients
- Meat (cut into pieces) 800 gms
- Large onion (sliced) 1
- Salad oil 3 tbsps
- Oil 3 tbsps
- Black pepper 1 tsp
- Turmeric powder 1 tsp
- Coriander seeds 4 tbsps
- Cloves garlic 8
- Red chillies 4
- Vinegar 1 cup
- Salt to taste
Cooking Directions
Mix well salad oil with oil and fry the sliced onion,
ground black pepper, turmeric powder, coriander seeds,
garlic and red chillies. Add meat, vinegar, salt to taste and water.
Let it simmer till done.
